KEY POINTS FOR RENTING “CASA VIP”

CHECKING IN/OUT TIMES
Any time of the day you have previously booked, based on agreement of the parties and the possibility of new occupants.

ADDITIONAL DAYS
Any additional days can be considered, only if the house is not booked for those days.

INITIAL DEPOSIT AND TOTAL PAYMENT
To make a reservation, a deposit of 50% is required of the total contract agreement to the number of days of stay. This payment must be received 15 days before your first day of arrival in low season and 30 days before in high season, please make sure you check first with the administration of availability of the house. The additional 50% must be paid on the day of arrival of CASAVIP.

SERVICES INCLUDED IN THESE RATES ARE:

    • Breakfast: Menus and schedules are to be provided
    • Two house keeping staff: in charge of the preparation of meals, cleaning the house, washing and ironing clothes for the guests. Until 3:30 PM
    • Gifted Complete Kitchen.
    • Bed Linen: Full service.
    • House Fully Furnished: (except a couple of closets marked exclusively of the owner)
    • TV, Air Conditioner and Fan: in every bed room.
    • Hot Water: in all showers.
    • Private Pool: On second floor with frequent maintenance.
    • Two DirecTV: One in the main room and one in the living room 2nd floor.
    • Sound system: Living room 2nd floor.
    • Fresh drinking water: At all times.
    • Pick up/Drop off: From and to the airport.

  1. COMUNICATIONS SERVICES:
    • Internet Service: 2 free hours a day.
    • Fax and long distance: Depending on how much time is spent will be charged at the official rate.

  2. POWER GENERATOR SERVICE: In case of black out.

  3. FULL INVENTORY OF EVERY ITEM IN THE HOUSE.

  4. LUNCH AND DINNER: If you wish to cook freely you may do so, you must purchase your own groceries.

  5. CAR RENTALS AND ANY OTHER TOURISTIC SERVICE: Please let us know in advance.

  6. NO PETS ALLOWED: No Exceptions.

  7. SECURITY BOX: All bedrooms have small security boxes.

  8. FOR FAMILY GROUPS ONLY: To reassure our visitors with the best comfort in the VIP HOUSE, we rent only to the same family or group of couples, (no student group). Where there is one person responsible or head of household, in order to avoid any kind of problems with persons unknown and RESPECT THE PRIVACY of you and your holiday, we do not rent separate rooms.
